The Department of Human Resources
This department, through analysis, reports the amount of people needed in different areas , departments and services to work smoothly and also at the same time makes plans for the future.
Orientation programmes are conducted to help the new workers adapt to the style of work present.
By conducting surveys, self educating programmes are held so workers can progress in their fields and the education requirements could be met. To keep their motivation and productivity high prerequisites are taken and activities are organised.
To keep the productivity and the wellbeing of the workers at a high level, Performance Management, Career Planning and Staff Work are also organised. The workers starting dates, superannuation, holidays, wages etc are all looked after in this department.
